The retirement homes in Pleasant Valley Village are designed to meet the needs and wants of seniors.
Each home has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living-dining area, a full kitchen with appliances, hook-up for a washer and dryer, abundant closet space, and a one- car garage. The units in the Fletcher addition have a patio and the units in the Anderson and Bradford addition feature a screened porch or sunroom. The homes are constructed on one level and are designed for active retirement living.
There are 72 retirement homes located in three additions in Pleasant Valley Village. Although the homes in each addition have different floor plans, they are similar in size, around 1450 sq ft, and offer the same basic amenities.
Amenities and services included at Pleasant Valley Village are utilities (electric, water, sewer, trash), and maintenance (lawn care and any maintenance repairs needed for the home).
